What are you doing about COVID-19?
We hope all guests can have peace of mind for a joyful, fun safe and comfortable celebration. We will adhere to Pennsylvania Health Department and CDC guidelines as we continue to monitor the spread of the Delta variant.
The best way to protect yourself is to get vaccinated!
For our unvaccinated guests, we encourage you to be mindful of the health and wellness of others as well. Therefore, we are requiring that you provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test no more than 36-48 hours prior to the wedding date of September 10th.
Vaccinated guests can safely attend the wedding mask-free as per current venue regulations. We ask that you please be considerate of others.
We respect everyone's personal decision and hope that we are all cognizant of the fact that some people are more vulnerable to medical issues which require social distancing.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. Ladies should wear formal attire, and the gentlemen should wear a tux or a suit.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
The average weather is 77 degrees. We suggest checking the accuweather a few days before the wedding to get the most accurate temperature.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the wedding will be indoor/outdoor!
Where will the ceremony/cocktail + reception be held?
All of the events will be held at the Garden Room, which is accessed through the private entrance in the parking lot. Please follow the cobblestone road.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony (if you want a good seat), to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Free parking is located at the venue, follow the signs for the parking lot. Please follow the cobblestone road.
Where should my Uber drop me off?
Please have your driver drop you off in the parking lot by following the cobblestone road to the private event entrance.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our ceremony + reception are adult-only events, so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home, so you can celebrate with us.
Can I bring a date?
Due to capacity we have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Yes, check out our accommodations link. All rooms within our block are on a first-come, first-served basis. There are quite a few other hotels located in the downtown Pittsburgh area, however, we have negotiated rates for the hotels linked on our accommodations page. Please book directly through the link or by calling the number listed, to make sure you are receiving the special rate.
This is the beginning of football season in Pittsburgh and with our hotels near the stadium - we're suggesting you book as soon as possible! Deadline to book a room in our group block is August 10th.
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Please mail back your RSVP by August 17th, as we do not have the ability to RSVP online.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, both spaces are wheelchair accessible.
Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Yes, we are able to accommodate special diets. If you require a special meal, please make a note on your RSVP card!
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures to their social media channels. Our only request, is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #AttachedAtTheHipp so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
